Delivery
All purchased products are shipped within a maximum of 2 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over €99 to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Poland. You will be kept informed of your order status through a tracking number. We use the following shipping carriers: DHL, DPD, and FedEx. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and additional taxes that may apply to shipments outside the European Union. If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact our customer service team by email. MARKA CLO is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged products.
Product Prices
All prices displayed on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT). However, any taxes or duties applicable in foreign countries for international shipments are not included. MARKA CLO strives to display accurate pricing at all times. MARKA CLO reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed as a result of such errors.
Product Availability
Product pages provide an indication of stock availability and display images of the products. Images may differ slightly from the actual product. Nevertheless, it is possible that a product may become unavailable. MARKA CLO reserves the right to review or cancel a transaction if a product is out of stock. The product may also be shipped at a later date once stock has been replenished. In such cases, the customer retains the right to cancel the transaction and request a full refund.
Returns
Once your order has been delivered, the buyer has 14 days from the date of receipt to return the product. The customer is required to return the product in its original condition, including the original packaging. Products must not be returned damaged or soiled. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once MARKA CLO has received the returned product, the refund process will begin. This process may take up to 7 days.
