Would you like to return items? Here are our return conditions:

RETURN PERIOD: Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Returns outside this period will not be accepted. SALE AND PROMOTION PRODUCTS: Discounted and sale items can only be exchanged for store credit. RETURN COSTS: The shipping costs for a return are at your own expense. You can create a return label at a post office of your choice. RETURN PROCESSING TIME: After receiving your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account used for payment within 14 days. If you used Klarna, this will be visible in your Klarna dashboard. IMPORTANT: Keep the track & trace information until we have processed the return. How to return a shipment? Print out our return form and send the completed form along with the items you wish to return. Please note: without a completed return form, we cannot process your return.

  1. Where can I find my order number?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email or on the shipping label of the package containing the ordered products. It starts with a # and consists of 5 digits. If you cannot find the order number, please send an email to info@markaclo.com with your details, and we will send your order number to you as soon as possible.

  1. What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product gets damaged during shipping or production. Of course, we are happy to resolve this for you. Please send an email to info@markaclo.com with a photo of the complaint. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

  1. What should I do if I want to return my order after the return period?

Our return period expires 14 days after you receive the shipment. If this is not possible for any reason, please send us an email within the 14-day return period. If you are still late, please contact us anyway. In this case, we can offer to exchange the items or provide a voucher.
