Exchange and Return


Still not satisfied with your purchase? Or is it broken? Does your return meet our return conditions? Then we will refund the order value as soon as possible (maximum 10 working days). The return shipping costs are for your own account.

Return conditions

If you want to return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

  1. The return is requested and sent to George within 14 days of delivery.
  2. The product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging and packed in a shipping box or shipping bag.
  3. The product must be returned in its original condition. When a product is damaged and / or dirty, we can refuse the return.

Have you received a defective product or do you have a complaint about the delivery of a product? Please contact our customer services before returning your item to avoid unnecessary shipping costs. If a product has to be returned due to an error on our part we will, of course, cover these costs.

Indicate on the return form that you want to exchange your purchase. Please indicate clearly which item and size you would like to receive. After we have received your return, we will send the requested product to you within 5 working days. If not in stock we will credit it

Are returns free?

No, unfortunately we do not have a free return service. The costs of returns are for the customer. Always submit your return with a track & trace so that you can see when it has arrived with us.

When will I get my money back?

We aim to credit returns delivered to us within 10 working days.

Has your money not been refunded after 10 days?
Then your return has probably not arrived yet. We would like to ask you to forward your track & trace to us so that we can help you further.

I have a defective product, what now?

We are very sorry to hear that you received a faulty product or that your purchase was damaged sooner than expected. To help you further, we ask you to follow the following steps:

- Send the information and complaint to

- Upload at least two clear photos of the defect.

- Wait for a response from one of our colleagues for a return label and further information.

Defective products returned within 3 months of the purchase date can be exchanged for a new product or receive a refund. Purchases older than 3 months receive a new product or a gift card.
